Client: Gensler


After 25 years in the Bulova in Queens, British Airways relocated its New York headquarters to a 46,000 sf office space at 2 Park Avenue, a midtown high-rise office building. Joining British Airways were other members of One World Alliance including American Airlines.

This project involved providing the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and fire protection systems design for office space including a computer facility. The computer room was designed to accommodate the different participating airlines computer systems. A UPS system was provided and in-line rack precision cooling systems provided for redundant cooling.


The project is LEED certified.

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a prominent entertainment and sports agency headquartered in Los Angeles. CAA represents A-list and emerging stars in movies, television, music, and sports. It is often cited as the leading talent agency.


Our projects with CAA involved providing the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems design for three floors of office space including a computer facility. The project also included the design for a state of the art Cisco telepresence conference room.


We worked closely with Gensler to insure that the new MEP systems were fully coordinated and integrated into the architectural layout. We provided construction phase services, reviewed contractor bids and provided value engineering services.


British Airways

SecondMarket Holdings - New York, NY

This project involved providing MEP services for the fit-out of 38,000 sf over 4 floors in a landmarked building for a financial trading firm. Due to the age and condition of the building, all new MEP infrastructure and distribution was required for the trading areas, offices, conference rooms and IT rooms.
