HOLY NAME OF MARY SCHOOL HEATING SYSTEM - Croton-on-Hudson, NY

Client: Holy Name of Mary School 

 

TAS Engineering provided pro-bono services for the complete replacement of the heating system for a 40,000 sf school building. We prepared the drawings and specifications, prepared cost estimates, reviewed bids, selected contractors and provided field support during construction.

Hirschl Adler Art Gallery – New York, NY

Client: Evan Mann, Architect

 

TAS Engineering, PC provided engineering services for Hirschl & Adler’s move to expanded quarters in The Crown Building at the world-renowned crossroads of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street.  The gallery specializes in American and European paintings, watercolors, drawings, and sculpture from the eighteenth through the early twentieth centuries. The gallery provides a wide range of services to its client base of private collectors, museums, architects, interior designers, art consultants, and other dealers.

 

Our scope of work included the design of MEP systems for a specialty lighting system that met the stringent energy compliance codes that would highlight the artwork and an air conditioning system that would provide for tight temperature controlled environment required for the stored artwork.

SALVATION ARMY CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL JUSTICE COMMISSION - New York, NY

Client: Richard Rice Architect

 

This project involved upgrading the entire 20,000 square foot facility to accommodate the new program and to comply with all building codes. The project involved providing a new fire protection system, fire alarm system, electrical service and distribution system and HVAC systems.
